Unlike that high school diary you always promised to write every night which ended up covered in dust under the bed, this is one diary you will keep up to date.
Your Body Diary is a free, online tool designed to help you understand the symptoms you experience in the lead up to your period and how they impact your life. It can also help you talk to your doctor and explore possible treatment options which may help provide relief from your symptoms.
It's very easy to get started, simply log on once a day and rate how you're feeling next to each of the symptoms. Soon after you start tracking your symptoms with Your Body Diary, a unique pattern or "curve" will develop and show over time if the symptoms you experience are related to your menstrual cycle. The full Diary covers eight weeks, but at any time you can print it out and take the information to your doctor. Then you and your doctor can determine the treatment that’s best for you.
